“Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your busyness, and your life before your death.” (Hakim)

The Qur’an reminds us,

“And He it is Who has made you successors upon the earth and raised some of you above others in degrees, that He may test you in what He has given you.” (Qur’an 6:165)
